New hospitality offering that functions as a primary entrance to the BFI Southbank

Major refurb & new structure under Waterloo Bridge (Grade II* Listed)

Large joinery package with marble worktops and backlit bar

Bespoke GRP panel cladding with tuneable LED backlighting

New staircase, lift and dumb waiters

Developed design using 3D models and regular client engagement at board level

New circular structural opening offering views up to the soffit of the bridge

New cantilevered steel super structure to create 50m wide 1st floor terrace space

Piled foundations redesigned with new ground beam due to below ground obstructions
